Step 3: Reach your arms up high like a superhero stretching to the sky.
Step 4: Look forward and take a deep breath. Feel strong, like a ninja ready for adventure!
Affirmation:
“I am strong, brave, and ready to grow!”
Step 1: Stand like a strong ninja, feet wide apart.
Step 2: Turn your front foot forward, bend your front knee, and keep your back leg straight.
Step 3: Stretch your arms out to the sides, like you’re giving the world a big hug.
Step 4: Look over your front hand like a superhero ready to help others.
Take 3 slow breaths—feel your power and kindness grow!
Affirmation:
“I am kind, I am brave, I am a Yoga Ninja!”
Step 1: Start in Warrior 2—feet wide, front knee bent, back leg straight, arms stretched out.
Step 2: Flip your front palm up to the sky like you’re holding a star.
Step 3: Reach your front arm up and back while sliding your back hand down your back leg.
Step 4: Gaze up at your hand, take a deep breath, and feel proud—like a Yoga Ninja shining bright!
🌬️ Hold for 3–5 breaths, then switch sides.
Affirmation:
“I am proud, I am peaceful, I am powerful!”
